In accordance with clause 3) of part 2 of article 31 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 02.07.2019 N ZRU-547 “On Personal Data”, the owner and (or) operator are obliged to: approve the list of personal data necessary and sufficient for them to provide their services, if otherwise is not provided by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Based on the foregoing and guided by the principles of legality, protection of the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen when processing his personal data, this list of personal data of subscribers collected by Unitel LLC for the provision of communication services and other related services has been approved.

List of personal data of subscribers collected by Unitel LLC.

1. Surname;
2. Name;
3. Middle name;
4. Date of birth;
5. Individual identification number (IIN);
6. Personal identification number (PINFL)
7. Number of the identity document;
8. Date of issue of the identity document;
9. Place of residence;
10. Service provision address;
11. Phone numbers;
12. E-mail addresses;
13. Date of conclusion of the contract;
14. Identification code of the subscriber device of cellular communication;
15. Signature;
16. Information received by the Operator in the process of providing the Subscriber with communication services, including those used in the process of billing and invoicing for payment.

The list of personal data that may be collected by Unitel LLC for the provision of additional types of services:

1. Social network accounts;
2. Personal preferences;
3. Personal connections;
4. Numbers of payment cards;
5. Model of the used subscriber device;
6. Versions of the operating system of the subscriber device;
7. IP address, MAC address, IMSI;
8. Geolocation data;
9. Cookies when accessing our Internet sites;
10. Biometric data;
11. Other data necessary to achieve the goals of collection and processing specified in the Policy of Unitel LLC regarding the collection, processing and protection of personal data of subscribers.
