User agreement between the Subscriber and the Operator
By signing this document, the Subscriber concludes, on the terms of
a public offer, an agreement for the provision of cellular mobile
radio-telephone communications with Unitel LLC and confirms his
consent to the processing of personal data, photo images and
photography. The subscriber has personally familiarized himself with
the text of the public offer and with the network coverage area of
Unitel LLC (The full text of the public offer is available on the
website www.oq.uz)
1. Public offer, was provided to the Subscriber for reading. The subscriber has fully familiarized himself with the terms of the public offer, its essential elements, regulated by Chapter 27 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Subscriber understands his rights and obligations, the conditions under which this Agreement is concluded, in particular those arising from the provisions of Articles 367-375 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is also confirmed by the signature of the Subscriber or a person authorized by him.
2. The tariff plan of service was chosen by the Subscriber independently. The content and features of the services within the selected tariff are clear to the Subscriber.
3. With the provision of the offer, the Subscriber expressed full and unconditional consent. All essential terms of the Agreement are spelled out in the public offer: the subject, tariffs and types of services, the rights and obligations of the parties, the form and procedure for payments, liability and other conditions will be determined in accordance with the public offer. The public offer posted on the website www.oq.uz/oferta to this document is an integral part of the Agreement. In cases not provided for by this Agreement, the parties will be guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
4. The subscriber is aware of the administrative (AC RUz art. 155-2) and criminal liability (CC RUz art. 190, art. 278-1, 278-3, 278-7) in case of violation of the Agreement regarding the use of the provided communication services for the organization GSM gateways (a mobile device that connects to a mobile operator's network to redirect incoming calls between networks bypassing the operator's equipment) or in the case of transferring Sim / eSim cards to third parties for use in GSM gateways.
7. Services are licensed. The management system is certified - ISO 9001:2015
